Heritage Night
Annandale is known for its great diversity and understanding between students. The individuality and acceptance that the school is founded on is put into the spotlight at Heritage Night.
Heritage Night will be on Friday, April 28 at 7 p.m. in the auditorium and will feature performances from the very diverse student body.
If anyone is interested in watching these wonderful and diverse cultures mixed up as one, buy your tickets in advance at lunch for $5 or pay the same amount at the door.
Before last year, Heritage Night had approximately 450 attendees while last year it jumped tremendously to 550. Whitney Hardy, the leader of the Heritage Night, hopes for an even larger turnout for this year.
In order to be in the show, students must attend tryouts in which performers get about three minutes to impress the judges.
If you did not attend the Interest Meeting, you can still go to room 294 and get the paperwork. Paperwork for tryouts need to be submitted as soon as possible.

Good morning,
I am a teacher at Woodson High School and we are trying to host our own heritage night. Would you be able to put me in contact with the sponsor who coordinates this event at your school.
Best,
Lorenzo Simms
