Physical education teacher David O'Hara as a child and now.

• This is my 4th year teaching at AHS.

• I attended Slippery Rock University.

• I majored in health and physical education.

• In my spare time, I read, run and bike.

• I like to listen to Bright Eyes, Elliott Smith, Wilco and Belle and Sebastian.

• I have traveled to Holland, Belgium, Germany, Costa Rica and Mexico.

• My favorite part of working in a school is helping to make an impact on decreasing childhood obesity.

• My motto: “There is no try, only do or not do.” -Yoda

• My birthday is April 3.

• An interesting fact about me is I play guitar.

• I played or have played football, basketball, tennis, golf, track and cross country.

• My favorite TV show is Top Gear.

• My favorite store is J. Crew.
