Q: How did you learn to dress?

A: I take inspiration from fashion sites but have a certain style that I go by. It really depends on what I consider pretty like blouses, sweatshirts, or what will match best with my hijab.

Q: Where do you like to shop?

A: I like to shop online using Zaful or Forever 21. If not those stores, H&M and Rainbow are also my favorite stores to shop at. These stores are close to me or easy to use online so it is where I do most of my shopping. 

Q: What is your favorite accessory?

A: My favorite accessory would have to be earrings. They could match with any outfit and can range from different colors and styles.

Q: What is your typical outfit for school?

A: My usual outfit for school is jeans and a sweatshirt. I usually match my favorite jeans with a cool T-shirt that I like to wear too. I often change it up to try new things.

Q: What do you wear on bum days?

A: On my bum days I wear sweats and a T-shirt. I have sweats that are different colors or styles so I can still feel cute and comfortable.

Q: Do you dress to impress or for yourself?

A: I definitely dress for myself. I feel good when I dress nice or like the outfit I’m wearing. I don’t try to think about how other people view me.

Q: What’s your favorite season to dress for?

A: My favorite season would have to be spring. It can give you all types of styles and outfits that I personally love. It is nice weather so I can wear a wider range of clothes than I can when it is colder out. 

Q: How long does it take you to get ready?

A: It doesn’t take me long to get ready as I don’t do anything too special. I especially tend to rush in the mornings so most of my outfits are easy. I would say it takes me around 15 minutes to get ready.

Q: How much do you invest in clothing?

A: I don’t spend a lot on my clothes as the stores I shop at are not too expensive, especially if there are sales. I have not gone above 30-40 dollars on my outfits. 

Q: What is your favorite pair of shoes?

A: I like to wear my black vans a lot since they are simple and easy to put on. It can match with most of my casual outfits too. 

Q: What is a fashion trend you dislike?

A: Fashion is a way to express yourself. If it is trendy and you like it there shouldn’t be any reason to dislike it. It is all about what you feel the best in. 

Q: Who is your fashion inspiration?

A: My sister is three years older than me and has a great sense of style. I have learned different hijab styles because of her, I look up to her fashion wise.
