Hungry? Go to CAVA

CAVA is a Meditarranean inspired restaurant, with the most popular location in our area being in Fairfax at the Mosaic. This restaurant gained popularity due to the fresh and delicious Meditarranean style foods that are served.

As you walk in, there is mainly a wooden interior that consists of booths and tables. The food is openly displayed, so it is easier to see the different options as they are being made. The design of the restaurant itself is simple and minimalistic.

The food options vary, customers are able to choose between a bowl or a wrap as well as salads. I personally chose the bowl option because it was more convenient for me.

The food starts off with two options of rice, then a dip, a choice of meat, toppings, and sauces. My bowl consisted of brown Basmati rice, harissa, chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, olives, and yogurt. I also got pita bread on the side with pita chips as well.

The service was average and expected. The pricing was reasonable for the quantity and quality of the food. I would definitely recommend CAVA to people who enjoy trying new and exotic foods.
