Five minute meals: quick omelette

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. butter
  • 1/3 milk
  • Shredded cheese
  • Sausage, bacon or deli ham

How to prepare:

1.) Scramble eggs and milk together and grease frying pan with butter.

2.) Cook in hot pan while adding cheese, salt and your choice of meat.

3.)When almost cooked carefully fold in half.

4.) When fully cooked cut in half and serve with a side of your choice.
