The best home workouts

Over quarantine, I had a lot of time to focus on myself. I was a little out of shape in the beginning and needed a little push. I ended up really getting into fitness, and these were some of the best workouts I found: 


1. Chloe Ting 2 weeks shred

This was a good workout that helped me get into toning and shaping myself. It motivated me and I loved that it had a free website and planner. This was really good for when I was a beginner, and it actually also motivated me to eat healthier.


2. Alex Wren 45 HIIT workout

Doing this workout for 5 days with 2 days off did wonders for me. It toned me quite a bit when I was consistent with it. 


3. Cela Marr 2-4 Week Shred

I love Cela Marr’s workouts so much! They are extremely effective. I think this is probably one of my favorite ones. It seems easy at first but gets more and more challenging. It really makes you break a sweat. It’s a really good workout.


When working out, it is almost important to try to eat healthier too. You don’t have to cut out your favorite foods, but eat in proportions. Drinking water and staying hydrated is also really important when working out. Make sure you don’t overwork yourself, and take breaks when necessary. Good luck.
