Staff members Jessica and Carl Klein have been married for five years now. Mrs. Klein is a math teacher and swim coach while Mr. Klein is a track coach and is going to be a football coach next year. They met through mutual friends and started dating right away.

They dated for 8 months before they got married. Mr. Klein was in the army and was stationed in Hawaii. She went to go visit him and Mr. Klein proposed on a beach. He was stationed in Iraq for the first year of their marriage but they kept in touch by Skyping everyday.

“I like how he makes people laugh and makes people feel very comfortable,” said Mrs. Klein. “I like that she’s smart, beautiful, and if she can put up with me then I got to keep her,” said Mr. Klein.

“There’s always going to be problems but you have to talk it out, and just have as much fun as possible,” Mr. Klein said.

“Long distance can work,” Mrs. Klein said.
