Freshman, Moiz Ahmer, is preparing for the upcoming basketball season by attending green days and conditioning. He is not quite sure of what position he will play, but he is thinking about doing point guard.

After conditioning for two hours, he would go home and complete his homework. It usually doesn’t take too much of his time so

he is able to complete everything.

“It honestly doesn’t matter to me how long practice takes, as long as I finish my homework,” said Ahmer.

To relax, he would continue to play some more basketball. During the weekends and on his free time, Ahmer likes to play more basketball to get more practice and become a better player.

He plans on trying to balance sports and spending time with his family. His first priority is finishing his homework, then he will go out and hang out with friends.

Since this is Ahmer’s first year of doing a sport, he will learn how to manage basketball, school and being with family and friends.
