Italian Invasion of the English Muffins


Ingredients:

3 Multi-grain english muffins

3/4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

3 tbsp shredded parmesn cheese

3 tbsp olive oil

1/4 cup tomato sauce

Directions:

Step one: preheat oven to 400

Step two: slice the english muffins in half and place on a ungreased cookie sheet

Step three: put one tablespoon of tomato sauce on each muffin

Step four: sprinkle 1/8 cup of mozzarella and 1/2 tablespoon parmesan cheese on top

Step five: drizzle 12 tablespoon of olive oil over top of each muffin

Step six: Bake for about 10-15 minutes or until muffin is crisp.
