A new development is under construction (with some attractions already open) in Merrifield. The Mosaic District will be a housing, retail, dining, and film area with an open-air setting. As of right now, there is a “boutique” theater called Angelika open, which shows indie films and has an upscale cafe and restaurant inside for eating while watching.
Retailers in the Mosaic District will include: South Moon Under, Anthropologie, and a massive new Target.
Dining will include: CAVA Mezze Grill, sweetgreen, Le Pain Quotidien, and more.
