These cookies have become my fall time staple. I make them every year and give them out to all my friends, family and teachers. The limited edition cookie mix and Pillsbury frosting makes for the perfect fall baking activity and treat. You can find these during the fall season in any local Target. Target also has a range of different on theme baking supplies to make your treats even more festive.

 

Trader Joe’s brand Pumpkin Bread and Muffin Mix-

The very easy to make pumpkin bread and muffin mix found in any local Trader Joe’s is another personal favorite of mine. The delicious pumpkin mix beats any store bought pumpkin bread or muffins by far and is so simple to make by just adding eggs, oil and water. If this pumpkin bread wasn’t enough to get you to come visit Trader Joe’s in the fall time their other amazing fall products should be.

 

Dolci Gelati-

Located in Old Town, Alexandria right across from the market square the gelato store’s fall flavors have arrived. The store is a short walk from the waterfront and decorated in fairy lights and a hand drawn chalkboard for a homey feel. The old town favorite cafe has a range of 6 fall gelato flavors: apple cider sorbet, cranberry orange sorbet, pumpkin pie, butterbeer, chocolate caramel toffee and nutella. The store also offers new fall drink items: pumpkin chai latte, chocolate snickerdoodle latte, maple cinnamon latte and alexandria fog.

Cox Farms-

While the fall festival full of rides,corn maze, goat farm and a field of fear at night, wasn’t enough to visit the festival located in Centerville, the amazing fall foods the festival has to offer should be. The Festival offers cider donuts, kettle corn, caramel apples, a root beer barrel, an apple cider station, and other savory items for your day at the festival. Cox Farms also has a market with a chance to purchase pumpkins, other fall produce and drinks.

Ted’ Bulletin- 

With locations close by in the mosaic, Arlington and in DC, Ted’s Bulletin, an upscale modern american restaurant with everyday foods become a nice outing for great food and service. While known for their all-day breakfast items their new fall menu does not disappoint. The Fall featured items include a mix of their breakfast foods, desserts and drinks. Some of the seasonal items include Spiced Apple Cider Pancakes, Apple Hand Pie, Apple Pie Ted’s Tart (their seasonal flavor), Campfire S’mores Sundae and a Pumpkin Pie Milkshake.

Crumbl Cookie- 

The famous cookie bakery is a definite fan favorite among students, the weekly changing menu creates a unique experience as its rising  popularity has made the store viral on social media with a close cult following. With three locations close by in Vienna, Falls Church and Reston it makes the bakery accessible to try. The Bakery has had a range of fall themed cookies so keep updated and on the lookout on the weekly menu that changes every Sunday to get a delicious fall cookie.
