Annandale American Stories: Alba Camposs

When you come to a new place you have to make many changes. You adapt to the place by changing many things about you. Sometimes you change a lot and you don’t even know. We always change language, culture and food (when we come to a new place).

Language is another thing that you use to adapt. We change language. It can be the same language but not the same communication. You never communicate the same. You change the way you talk. When you know more about how to talk you change some details. You talk clearly and professionally. When you grow up you change how to talk because you have more knowledge.

Culture is another thing that we adapt to. When you move to a place you change some things about your culture. Culture is like a description for countries. We adapt to a culture from the new place. Sometimes you change your culture. Culture describes how your country is.

There are different kinds of food in different countries. When you move from a place to a new place you try new food. It can be the same food but it never is going to be the same taste. Food is a special thing for people and their countries. Food describes countries and people. When you move to a place you adapt to new food. Food changes us and makes us change our old life.
