Every year students tryout to make it on the cheer team to see if they make it into freshmen, JV, or Varsity. Once they make it into a team they start practicing for football games and cheer competitions. 

The freshman cheerleaders have routines to do at football games and also JV has a different  routines with a little more stunts to do at football games and Varsity have a different routine that requires more stunts than the other groups.  

JV and Varsity cheerleaders go to competition and they have to prepare a lot so that they can win against other schools. They go to see how they can become better and stronger and see which school did the best and how much effort they put into their routines.
