Boys swim hopes to win their first meet against Woodson on Friday

While the girls won a meet against T.C. Williams HS, the boys have yet to win a meet. Woodson boys and girls have a long history in swim so a win against them will be extremely exciting. Team captains Conrad Shartel and Lucie Leftbom both commented on their excitement for this coming meet. They say as well as the team as a whole, they have individual rivals on the Woodson Cavaliers swim team. Senior and swim team captain Ben Padrutt said, “I am just going to do my best, have no breath at the end of the race. I will go for a personal best and if I get that, I know I did my part as a team. I have a feeling if everyone on the team drops a second in whatever they are swimming, we have a chance against Woodson.” Come out to Audrey Moore Recenter on Friday at 6:30!
