Senior Ruth Mekonnen has been on The A-Blast staff for four years and she is currently the Editorials Editor. She was previously a staff writer and In-Depth Editor. Ruth is also the president of the Human Rights Club, the technological information officer for National Social Studies Honor Society, and an IB Diploma Candidate. In her free time, Ruth likes to do karate, read books and travel.
