Use the oven mitts to carefully remove your mug and let cool. Your decorated DIY mug is now complete!

Make a custom coffee mug in four easy steps with this inexpensive DIY craft.

 

Materials:

  • Mug
  • Sharpies
  • Oven
  • Oven mitts
  • Cotton swabs

Steps:

  1. Gather your materials. You may want to include a cookie pan.
  2. Use the sharpies to draw a design on your mug. Use damp cotton swabs to “erase” mistakes.
  3. Heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Place mug in oven (it may help to use a cookie sheet). Be sure to use the oven mitts for protection. Let bake for 30 minutes.
  4. Use the oven mitts to carefully remove your mug and let cool. Your decorated DIY mug is now complete!
